Laura coaches non-traditional leaders (women, minorities, introverts, LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, support functions…) how to stand out and be seen as leaders, without changing who you are or where you are. She uses tools & techniques from innovation & neuroscience. Laura had been in corporate innovation for 17 years before starting Mindtap in 2020. She's worked across various roles: engineer, product design, insights & new business founder. She’s worked for top Global Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and Pharma companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Pfizer & GSK. Now Laura coaches, trains, and speaks through her own company, Mindtap LLC.
